Replaces the original pedal, fits into the same holes and the original throttle linkage that goes through the floor clicks right in. Slightly wider than the original, has a similar aesthetic.
Also has a slot on the side which allows the use of the Subaru throttle-by-wire sensors. Check the photos to see where the sensor gets bolted to the bulkhead. This sensor is designed to work in a cabin and does not appear to be sealed enough to live in the engine bay. Please note that this currently only works with the metal rod style sensor from Impreza/Forester. The Legacy sensor is different, but can be replaced with a compatible sensor I believe.
The bolts required to mount the sensor are not included, but the ones to mount to pedal to the floor are.
If you have an automatic van, this allow you to keep the cable throttle to the transmission so that shifting is correct whilst operating the Subaru sensor in the way it was designed.
This pedal bolts right into the holes the original one is riveted into, include a nut holder that makes it possible to install this on your own. Designed for LHD vans, it does not look like this would fit RHD as the firewall is too far from the pedal.
If you choose custom wording or a logo, we will email you the final design before manufacturing begins to ensure it’s what you’re looking for.
If this isn’t quite what you’re looking for, or you want something similar for another vehicle, please just get in contact. We’re always looking to expand our product range.
Please look closely at the photos to ensure this item will fit on your vehicle. If in doubt, please get in touch.
There is a chance that the colour you receive may not match exactly with what you see on your screen. For the latest colours, please see the colour chart photo.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, each part will come out slightly different from the last. But the differences will be subtle. The design may also have been improved slightly since the product photo was taken.
If there’s anything complex about fitting or using the product then an instructions sheet will be included to make sure everything goes smoothly.
